Healthcare Professionals

The professionals at the Silver Fox Senior Social Club know the concerns of healthcare professionals. We will work with you to meet the needs of our members. One of our most important goals is continuity of care with the primary care doctor.

Silver Fox Senior Social Club is an alternative to assisted livings, nursing homes and other senior communities in Onondaga County. Our goal is to keep the elderly in the community and maintain their quality of life.

The Silver Fox programming includes:

• Case management services
• Coordination of transportation
• Medication supervision and monitoring of compliance
• Weight monitoring, if requested
• Diet modifications, as necessary (three homemade meals each day)
• Daily exercise for mind and body
• Personal care services available
